KLA and its employees earned prestigious recognition from multiple organizations in 2023, most recently placing on the Forbes list of World’s Best Employers 2023 presented by Forbes and Statista Inc.

Companies earn recognition in the annual Forbes list of World’s Best Employers based on globally administered independent surveys covering a sample of more than 170,000 employees in 55 countries at multinational companies and institutions. Employees were asked if they would recommend their own companies to friends and family and rated their employer on talent development, remote working options, parental leave benefits, diversity, work-life balance and pride in the company’s product or services. The 700 companies with the highest scores earned a place on the final list.

Also in 2023, KLA was named to TIME magazine’s inaugural World’s Best Companies 2023 list and was recognized in Newsweek magazine’s first ranking of America’s Greenest Companies.  

Individual recognition of employees in 2023 included an inaugural SEMICON Southeast Asia 2023 Emerging Young Leader Award for a KLA senior manufacturing designer in Singapore and a SEMICON Europa 20 Under 30 Recognition for an engineer at KLA in Newport, Wales.
