The Continuous Improvement Day is an annual event to display and explain various improvement projects driven by employees to improve operational efficiency, with awards presented to the best projects. In 2016, a special emphasis was placed on expanding our continuous improvement strategy into selected suppliers and they were invited to collaborate on key projects.
